Learn Golf Terms sells 100% digital products. We do not sell physical goods, and no physical items will be shipped to your mailing address. This policy applies to all digital assets sold on our store, including online courses, certification exams, eBooks, templates, media files, and other downloadable content.

2. Delivery Methods

Depending on the type of digital product you purchase, delivery will occur via one of the following methods:

Online Courses or Fluency Programs: Access is granted automatically upon purchase. You will receive an email confirmation containing a link to the learning portal. You may also access your course content at any time by logging into your account on our website.
Certification Exams: Access to certification exams is granted automatically upon successful payment. Exam access is delivered through your Learn Golf Terms account and does not involve physical shipment.
Downloadable Digital Products:
1. Via Email: A secure download link for your files will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout immediately after payment.
2. Via Website: You may also download your purchased files directly by logging into your Customer Account on our website and viewing your "Order History."

3. Shipping Costs

Because our products are delivered digitally via the internet, there are no shipping fees ($0.00) for any order, regardless of your location.

4. Delivery Time

Immediate Access: Under normal circumstances, you will receive your access link or download link within 5 to 10 minutes of purchase.
Certification Exams: Exam access is typically granted immediately upon purchase and account login.
Delays: In rare cases, system processing may take up to 30 minutes. If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

5. International Orders

Since our products are digital, they are available to customers worldwide. There are no customs duties, import taxes, or physical shipping restrictions for international customers.

6. Issues with Delivery

If you have not received your digital product link after 30 minutes, or if the link provided is not working, please contact our support team immediately. We will verify your payment and manually resend your access credentials or files.
